Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, “You”) and RevCatalyst Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), the creator and owner of Travcatalyst (“Platform”, “Service”, or “Software”). These Terms govern the use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built specifically for travel businesses.
By accessing, registering, or using Travcatalyst, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Scope of Service
Travcatalyst is a travel CRM and business management platform designed to assist travel professionals with the digital management of operations, including:
- Lead capturing, nurturing, segmentation, and tracking
- Quotation builder and itinerary builder for multi-destination travel
- Destination, accommodation, transport, activity, and package management
- B2B agent and vendor partner relationship management
- Financial and accounting management (invoices, vouchers, payments)
- Internal team collaboration and task workflows
- Document generation and customer communication tools
2. User Eligibility and Account Creation
To use the platform, you must:
- Be a registered travel business, freelancer, or authorized agent
- Provide accurate business information for account creation
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us at info@travcatalyst.com immediately in case of unauthorized access
Accounts found in violation of these conditions may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
3. Authorized Use and Restrictions
You agree to use Travcatalyst only for lawful travel business operations. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the software
- Circumvent licensing restrictions or share your credentials
- Misuse system functionalities to input false or misleading data
- Use the platform to promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Suspicious or prohibited behavior may be subject to investigation and legal recourse.
4. Quotations, Itineraries & Booking Flow
- Quotations and itineraries generated on the platform are non-binding until vendor confirmation and customer approval.
- You are solely responsible for confirming vendor pricing, availability, and customer requirements before issuing booking documents.
- The system offers customizable templates and dynamic tools, but final execution rests with the agency using the platform.
5. Vendor and Product Partner Management
- You can create and manage a list of accommodation providers, transport vendors, guides, and activity operators.
- The platform acts as a coordination interface and does not vet, endorse, or assume responsibility for vendor performance.
- You must validate vendor details such as rates, services, and terms of cancellation before confirmation.
6. B2B Agent Management
- B2B partner onboarding is facilitated with commission rules, access controls, and rate management tools.
- Each agency is responsible for defining, communicating, and honoring agreements made with its agents.
Disputes arising out of B2B relationships are outside the scope of Travcatalyst’s liability.
Travcatalyst allows for bundling and customization of packages comprising:
- Hotels, villas, resorts, and homestays
- Transport services (e.g., airport pickups, intercity transfers)
- Activities such as treks, cultural experiences, and excursions
- Add-ons like meal plans, insurance, or sightseeing tickets
You are responsible for defining terms, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing logic when creating packages.
- Travcatalyst provides invoicing and payment tracking tools but is not responsible for actual transaction processing unless integrated via a third-party gateway.
- Vouchers can only be generated after confirmation of full payment and successful vendor approval.
- Booking vouchers serve as confirmation documents and must be accepted by the receiving vendor.
Payment disputes, gateway errors, or failed bookings must be resolved by the client independently.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, including but not limited to:
- Guest names, travel dates, contact information
- Vendor terms, pricing details, and cancellation policies
- Lead segmentation, follow-up logs, and booking records
Travcatalyst will not be liable for miscommunication, errors, or omissions resulting from user-entered data.
- We strive for 99.5% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or external service interruptions.
- Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via platform notices.
- Technical and operational support is available via info@travcatalyst.com
- Travcatalyst operates on a subscription basis. Details are governed by your service plan or agreement.
- You may cancel your subscription by written notice. No refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
All content, UI/UX, source code, databases, algorithms, and materials within the software are the exclusive intellectual property of RevCatalyst Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You may not:
- Resell, license, or distribute the software or any part of its code
- Use platform assets for competing products
- Remove branding or ownership notices
Travcatalyst is a facilitative platform. We are not liable for:
- Vendor defaults, customer disputes, or booking failures
- Loss of business, profits, or data due to your operational decisions
- Third-party integrations or service downtime
- Platform misuse or errors resulting from incorrect inputs
Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 90 days.
These Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published implies acceptance.
